Lesson Cancellation Policy:

Ted Sablay Guitar Keyboard Songwriting has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations and reschedules are welcome without penalty given at least 24 hours of notice. Inside of 24 hours, students are welcome to cancel or postpone their lessons but will not be able to retain their lesson credit with the company. 

Expiration Policy:

Gift cards and coupon codes expire after one year. Your purchased lesson credits with Ted Sablay Guitar Keyboard Songwriting will never expire. 

Refund Policy:

Lesson purchases are 100% refundable. You may be refunded any time before the lesson purchased has been provided. You are also entitled to a refund after the single lesson purchased if you feel unsatisfied with the experience.

Gift cards and lessons purchased with gift cards are non-refundable but fully transferable to other students for music lessons in guitar, piano, bass or songwriting.

If you made your initial purchase in error or did not fully understand our policies, please email info@tedsablay.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the transaction email and a full refund will be provided.
