Bottom line: Give 24 hours notice to reschedule. Lesson credits never expire. Gift cards are non-refundable.

- 24+ hours notice: reschedule or cancel without losing the credit.
- Less than 24 hours: the lesson credit is forfeited.
Last-minute cancellations can't usually be rebooked and block the calendar for other students.

- Lesson credits: never expire.
- Gift cards & coupon codes: expire after 1 year.

Regular lessons
- Before the lesson: full refund available.
- After a single lesson: if unsatisfied, you can request a refund for that lesson.
Gift cards
- Non-refundable.
- Transferable to another student for guitar, piano/keyboard, bass, or songwriting lessons.
Purchase errors

If you made a purchase by mistake or you're unclear on a policy, email within 24 hours of your purchase confirmation for a full refund.
Include: your name, item purchased, purchase date/time, and what you'd like — refund or reschedule.
