TED SABLAY RETURNS WITH STATE AND MOTION 2026

FIRST ALBUM IN THREE YEARS PRODUCED BY SAM COHEN

5-DATE U.S. TOUR OPENING FOR THE WALLFLOWERS ON AUGUST 24

Acclaimed musician Ted Sablay, known for his long-standing collaboration with The Killers and his successful 2022 solo debut "You'll Be Back Here Soon," announces his second album "State & Motion," a compelling collection of ten original songs that further establishes his distinct voice as a solo artist.

Following the success of his debut album, which included the streaming hit "You'll Be Back Here Soon" and fan favorites like "Let Me In," Sablay continues to evolve as a songwriter while drawing from his extensive experience as a multi-instrumentalist and producer. As the Musical Director for The Killers' 2022 tour and a veteran performer who has shared stages with legends like Paul McCartney, Elton John and Bruce Springsteen, Sablay brings his wealth of musical expertise to this sophomore effort.

"State & Motion" showcases Sablay's signature blend of Americana eloquence and rock 'n' roll spirit, featuring standout tracks including the emotionally charged "Baby I Need You Now" and the uplifting closer "Move On." Las Vegas-based artist demonstrates his versatility across the album, from intimate acoustic arrangements to dynamic full-band compositions.

The album's title reflects its central themes of change and forward momentum, with songs that explore personal transformation, modern relationships, and life's transitions. Tracks like "At First Glance" and "Invisible Weight" showcase Sablay's talent for authentic storytelling, while "You Drive Me Crazy" and "Turning Me Out" display his range as a performer.

As a musician who has performed at venues from Madison Square Garden to Wembley Stadium, and contributed to numerous recordings with The Killers including "Sawdust" and "Day And Age," Sablay brings unparalleled professional experience to his solo work. His collaboration with Bruce Springsteen on The Killers' "Dustland" and his co-writing credit on "We're Going To Hell" by The [RED] Pack (featuring Bono, Jimmy Kimmel, and others) demonstrate his ability to work with the industry's biggest names while maintaining his own artistic identity.
